Track

Join us for speed and strength work around the 400 meter oval. Workouts range from 200-1600 meter repeats depending on the program and/or team race need. Strength work (push-ups, squats, burpees) is included between runs to help with run fatigue training allowing you to keep your pace while tired. Runners, triathletes, and Crossfitters, general fitness athletes will benefit from this style of track.
